Delete your Zone77 account

You can delete your Zone77 account yourself at any time. It happens right away and cannot be undone.

In the Android app

• Open Zone77 and log in.
• Tap More, then Account.
• Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

On the website

• Log in at playzone77.com.
• Open Account.
• Choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Can't log in?

Write to support@playzone77.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Right away: your email address, username, password and devices, and you are logged out everywhere.
• Your player names are replaced with "Deleted-" and a number, so nothing in the game shows who you were.

What stays

• Your towns stay on the map of the current season under the new name, and game records such as battle reports and chat messages you sent stay without your name, so other players' games keep working. Battle reports are removed after 30 days of game time.
• Records of Google Play purchases, which we have to keep for accounting.
